I did like that the hotel has a Subway its very convinient being able to go down to the lobby to get breakfast/lunch, specially because there are not very many restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.
The service that some of the staff provided including the owner/manager was very poor. They were unhelpful, had horrible attitude and didn't do their the best to make us feel comfortable at all. Friends got stuck in the elevator, the front desk lady wasnt even concerned or didn't even call the fire dept. and I fell going up the stairs because the elevator was not working and the hotel staff didn't even move a finger to do anything about it. Horrible Horrible!!

The location of Modern Studio In was perfect for exploring the city. The beach was within walking distance, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy the sand and surf. The studio itself was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The wifi worked well and the water pressure in the shower was just right. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was okay. No hotel parking for free. The beds were very uncomfortable. Construction or loud things going on outside early in the morning. Not very much to choose from for the tv. Subway tasted old.

No pool. Quite noisy during wordays. I was woken up by everyday traffic and in particular the city trash collectors...

This is an awful hotel. I only stayed because the trip was already planned and I thought it was off season. It was way overpriced. Dirty. Staff not helpful. I would never stay there again. I would have left if I could book something else, but I think it was prom week or something.
